IKEA Family Supplemental Terms and Conditions

The IKEA Family Program (the “Program”) is a program sponsored by IKEA North America Services, LLC (“IKEA” or “we”) in which IKEA Family members (“Members”) can receive access to certain benefits, offers and promotions (collectively, “Offers”). Signing up for IKEA Family membership is free. By signing up for the Program, you have read and agree to be bound by, and hereby accept the IKEA Family Program Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference, the IKEA website Terms and Conditions, as well as by these IKEA Family Supplemental Terms and Conditions below. IKEA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THIS PROGRAM AND OR ANY OFFERS AT ANY TIME. 

5% In-Store Discount on Eligible Purchases (Valid Through 1/31/24 Only):
Beginning September 1, 2022 through January 31, 2024 only, IKEA Family members will receive a 5% discount on home furnishing product purchases when they scan their IKEA Family card or present their IKEA Family number at checkout. Valid in-store only for IKEA Family members and cannot be shared or transferred, not for online purchases. Discount applied before tax, shipping, and handling.  Not valid on delivery, installation, assembly, or tax; previous purchases, price adjustments, or on the purchase of IKEA Gift Cards; or IKEA Swedish Restaurant, or for IKEA Bistro food products.  Offer excludes Click & Collect , Kitchen Planning, other IKEA services, and third party products/services. 5% discount cannot be combined with any coupons or other offers. For multiple item transactions, discount is applied on eligible items purchased, as shown on receipt. If you return an item, only the net purchase price will be refunded.

IKEA Family members qualify for a discount on select delivery options: Scheduled Doorstep Delivery, and Scheduled In-Home Delivery, and participating pick-up points via truck delivery. Discount is calculated based on proximity to store, order weight, and type of delivery chosen. Discount does not apply on Click & Collect store pickup orders, Local Pickup Points, or Small order parcel shipping. IKEA reserves the right to cancel or modify this IKEA Family member offer at any time.

IKEA Family Initial Sign-Up Offer

†Valid for 90 days from date QR code is issued for new IKEA Family members only, who at the time of sign-up elect to opt-in to e-mail marketing offers and communications from IKEA and follow all steps to validate their email address during the sign-up process. To validate your email you must 1) first retrieve a six digit code that will be e-mailed to you during the sign up process after you first click “continue to e-mail verification” on the sign up page, and then 2) correctly enter that six digit code during the IKEA Family sign up page online and then click  “Complete Sign up”. Coupon valid in participating US stores only. Not valid online or on previous purchases. Within 48 hours, QR code will only be emailed to the validated email address used during the IKEA Family sign up. Coupon applied before tax, shipping, and handling. Not valid on delivery, installation, assembly, or tax. Not valid on IKEA Gift Cards or payment of your IKEA credit card. Not valid for IKEA Kitchen Event, Click & Collect, Kitchen Planning or other services. Not valid on food, in IKEA Restaurant, Bistro, or Swedish Food market.
